Also, it is 12 degrees, which is beautiful. In the next town, I ran into Lucy (from Australia) and Liam (from Scotland). We walked together to the next town, it was already getting quite hot. They stopped for breakfast, and I pressed on to Belorado. You ask for the items you want and an employee collects them and passes them over a counter to you, properly weighed and tagged. I was slow to figure this out, and got a finger wag in this grocery store \u2013 whoops! I really should have learned more Spanish! They are very kind about my pointing and gesturing to communicate what items I want. It is day 10 of walking, it was a 30km day, and it was hot! The privacy was very welcome. I had a long shower and actually managed to take a nap! Glorious.<\/p>\n<p>I had dinner at their little restaurant and enjoyed stretching on the grassy lawn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I pressed on to Belorado.
