The Final Day<\/h3>\n

This walk has had a lot more sunrise moments than sunset moments. I decided that regardless of the weather, I was going to go see the sunrise from the top of the hill in Muxia. I bundled up, though it wasn’t actually that cold. It was, however, shockingly windy. I sat with my back to the wind, being pelted by rain, and I watched the light bring the ocean into view. It was perfect.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Walking back to the hostel I walked literally backwards because the wind was so strong and the rain hitting so hard, I needed to keep it at my back. I curled back into bed for a nap, and to warm up.<\/p>\n

I got back up around noon and drank coffee and ate food all day. I read books, watched movies.<\/p>\n

It is a rainy day!<\/h3>\n

Somewhat comically, these rooms are ‘fancy’ and in good whether I think they make sense. You enter the room via a terrace. However, that means that to get to the kitchen, you had to go outside. This meant I was dashing across the windy, rainy terrace every time I wanted to make another cup of coffee. Just since added humor to the day.<\/p>\n

The rain decided to quit for the evening hours, during what would be sunset if the clouds were not so thick. I went for another walk around the point. It was time to finish this walk with a bit of punctuation. ‘A closing act’ if you will. I took the Shell that I picked out in St. Jean Pied de Port, and carried on pack all the way here, and I threw it into the ocean. This felt right.<\/p>\n
